I knew that

You Will Be a Cool Parent

You seem to naturally know a lot about parenting, and you know what kids need.
You can tell when it's time to let kids off the hook, and when it's time to lay down the law.
While your parenting is modern and hip, it's not over the top.
You know that there's nothing cool about a parent who acts like a teenager... or a drill sergeant!

But it's nice to get confirmation. Because your kids sure as hell won't tell you! LOL!

  1. I like the black & green. Reminds me of my Kaypro 2X days.

  2. OMG! I'd almost forgotten about the Kaypros!

Yeah, it was a "portable computer". If you didn't mind hauling around a fucking sewing machine!

But we were so cool, so important! Yeah, I'm taking a computer HOME with me!

Good lord. It's been years since I thought about those green-eyed monsters.

  3. I would say that they were lugable. But I loved the idea of the keyboard attaching & protecting the screen. Also,I loved the game that was on it. Space Traders or something. Not shot em up type game. Those just get on my nerves. I had bought it mainly for my husband to write a book on. About a character that was a cross between Conan & Richard Sharpe (character in military fiction by Bernard Cornwell). Hubby almost had it published. The guy who had read & liked his book at the publishing house moved & left that house.

  4. A little off topic, but Spyder, maybe he should self-publish his book as a blog serial...

  5. emawkc- Hubby said that was an excellent idea. I hope he still has it. That is I hope not on those huge floppy disks.

  7. Oh, I am SO going to take this quiz! Do they have a category for people like me titled, "Step AWAY from the Child, You Bitch!" Because that would fit me pretty well, I'd think...
