Political Foreplay With A Happy Finish

UPDATE: FORGIVE THE ALL CAPS, BUT WANT TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE GET THIS. I SUGGEST WE SKIP THE MOVIE AND CONCENTRATE ON GETTING TO THE RALLY ON TIME. SEEING AND HEARING THE REAL OBAMA TAKES PRIORITY OVER SEEING A FICTIONAL DUBYA.

Hey all,

We (KC bloggers) will be attending the 1:05pm showing of "W." at the Cinemark Palace at the Plaza this Saturday, October 18th.

Following the movie, we will be going to the

Change We Need Rally
with Barack Obama

National World War I Museum
at Liberty Memorial
Intersection of Main St. and Memorial Dr.
Kansas City, MO 64108

Saturday, October 18th
Gates Open: 4:00 p.m.

This event is free and open to the public (unlike Republican events which are heavily screened to only admit rabid, right wing, partisan Republicans) tickets are not required but an RSVP is encouraged. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

For security reasons, do not bring bags and please limit personal items. No signs, banners, or umbrellas permitted.

Thanks!

Weather.com is showing a forecast for Saturday of Sunny, the high temperature a beautiful 67 degrees, with ZERO percent chance of precipitation. FYI

I will be at the rally Saturday, but I'm not interested in seeing W. I've had enough of that man.
