The fake news media are shaking in their boots at this announcement. They're worried that if Palin is out of the picture they might have to actually start doing their jobs and turn a critical eye to the current administration as it mismanages us into deeper dept.
emawkc - no one is "shaking in their boots" unless it is in laughter.
We are laughing our asses off at the self implosion of the Republican's "Great White Female Hope" in a rambling, incoherent, Alaskan version of political seppuku.
The current administration is not "mismanaging us into deeper debt".
It is making the painfull and expensive, but necessary, investment into the social, legal, political, and physical infrastructure that facilitate our pursuit of the ideals that this country was founded on.
Ideals that were undervalued, ignored, and sold off to greedy entrepenuers and privatized by Reagan/Bush Republicans looking to make a quick buck off the back of the hard-working American middle class that made this country great.
If that throws future generations into debt, so be it.
They will have to pay the price that their elders were too greedy and self absorbed to assume. They will write the history and hold you responsible for that.
The scale of justice is tipping back in the direction the Founding Fathers intended, and in opposition to the weight of the Robber Barons and Reagan Republicans who built their wealth on the backs of the poor.
With Obama at the helm, America may finally become the country it has always aspired to be instead of the country it was hijacked into becoming.

If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.
She's brought this on herself and she can't understand it.
We're really blessed as a country that she dropped out now. If only she'd dropped out a year ago...

Well, XO, when you put it that way I don't see how I can possibly argue with you.
