I believe in the oil companies. Faux news told me so it must be true.

What I find sad is that we now need pictures to get ideas across, is abstract thinking just dead? Should I assume that from now on.

The level of stupidity I hear now-a-days I have to almost applaud. It takes effort to just be that out of touch with reality.

John - Your comment made my brain itch. Too many syllables and no pictures. I have no idea what you just said. I'm just a simple American voter.

I shit you not, in a recent argument someone used their backup for validity as "I heard it on the news."

That is what people use at their mental validation. If it is on the TV it HAS TO BE true!

I will try to post more pretty pictures next time... that seems to get people's attention.

BOOBS

Neither is more correct. Read "Throw Them All Out" and you'll find out why.

Norton notifies me that it blocked an attack from 'mass injection website' when I go to your blog site. FYI

Profits can not be 'obscene'.
The concept of 'profit' is scalar. That is, it expresses a quantitative property that cannot be modified with adjectives/nouns that imbue a qualitative attribute. Profits can no more be obscene than temperatures can be 'hot'.
Temperatures and profits can be high or low, but not, respectively, hot or obscene.
For a proper use of the qualitative adjective/noun 'obscene' you need look no further than Colonel Walter E. Kurtz:
"We train young men to drop fire on people. But their commanders won't allow them to write 'fuck' on their airplanes because it's obscene!"

Then again, many might profit from such obscenities. I reckon selling Porn reaps some obscene profits too.

Reality is the leading cause of stress amoung those in touch with it.

By the way, I got the same notification from Norton, XO.

Anonymous & Jools - This being on blogger.com, I don't know that there is anything I can do to fix it.

Jools, you've been here for years. When did that start?

The Norton notice came up right after I posted my comment at 8:46 and I was leaving the site so I wasn't sure if it was something on your site or not. It didn't happen again with my 7:09 comment. That one time was the only time and I didn't think much of it until I saw the comment by anonymous.

On Joe's blog on March 6 you wrote,

"......We will still be arguing over drilling for dinosaur oil in
Alaska while China is mining a nickle-iron asteroid in near earth orbit, beaming solar power down to our energy grid via microwaves and harvesting fresh water from passing comets and lunar craters....."

A simple understanding of Planetary Motion through the laws of Kepler, Newton and finally Einstein will show that adding objects into earth orbit or increasing the mass of the earth by the retrieval of matter from other celestial bodies would harm the ecosphere.

".....China will rule this planet because our leaders can't pull their heads out of their posteriors,....."

China will indeed eventually rule this planet simply because they value wealth and power above personal freedom and the concept of the individual.
The 'MAD' detante doctrine worked on the Soviets - it won't work on China.

On the "It's A Sin To Tell A Lie" post over at Joe's place, on March 6, 2012 8:42 PM, you intoned - with exquisite rodomontade I might add,

".....Every woman I've ever known (and that's A LOT) would rather be married to a sinner (on sooo many levels)......"

As your faithful servant Leporello sings:

"In Italy, six hundred and forty;
In Germany, two hundred and thirty-one;
A hundred in France; in Turkey, ninety-one;
But in Spain already one thousand and three.

Among these are peasant girls,
Maidservants, city girls,
Countesses, baronesses,
Marchionesses, princesses,
Women of every rank,
Every shape, every age."

And post something new ya lazy Librul cunt!
