I'm totally making stew this week!
I LOVE THE Morning star! where did you get that? does it weigh 8-10 lbs? I need one of those. Talk about home security!I'm sorry officer, he broke in to my house, and I crushed his skull with my morning star...what? no I don't have any cleaner weapons, huh? yeah guns are impersonal, I like to feel the skull as it gives way to my 10 lb ball of spiked steel. Yes I know messy, but satisfying.
LOL! I'm not sure how much it weighs. It's one of several medieval weapons I have laying around. No guns, just swords, flails, knives and staffs. That particular item was a Christmas gift from my brother a couple of Christams's ago.But you can get lots of cool things like that at Museum Replicas (google it). Their weaponry is absolutely top notch, combate ready stuff. Not just decorative wall hangers. They even have a sharpening service and will send it to you with a razor edge, in most states.Enjoy!
We have a great sword, bastard sword and a short sword, and some knives of course. Used to have a shotgun under the bed. Just call it performance incentive! I got rid of it once I got married. Hubby performs very well thank you very much! But we also have large dogs. The new house isn't decorated a la SCA as our previous one. I've gone back to my history & decorated a la north woods. Perfect weather for stew, bet it was good.
THAT has to be the funniest title anyone has ever given a blog entry.
Very much enjoyed my time spent strolling through your site...as a poet and an avid reader, I found it both enlightening and enriching. I thank you...
