Hopefully people have woken up by now and are showing it at the voting booth. We do as fat Americans need to take much greater care and push for better fuel efficiency, but we don't need a President and Congress to throw us off a cliff. I have been pissed off for years and the wingnut right wingers and evangies are to blame. Good job. Ask yourself the question are things better off now than they were 8 years ago???? NOOO and not just bad. Really F#$ing bad. Just think I am an optomist at heart and I feel this way. Sadly our kids will pay for all this crap.
All the people who were bitching that we went there to get their oil and/or money (because it's true) painted us into a corner. Now we can't just back up a truck to the Iraqi money pile and load it up, leaving them a bill, because we kept swearing that's not the real reason. All because of the people who never know when to shut up.
